Artist's Comments

Another wirework medallion for the hair. This one was a commission, so it's sold. Probably the last of it's kind..these aren't the most exciting things to make, although they are pretty.

Thank you! I guess I'm just burned out on jewelry for a while. What I really want to do is make larger scale pieces of art that incorporate wire designs in them. We'll see.. :)

oh, i see.. i had an art block (with the same feeling you have now) in the last 2 weeks... i had a lot of work in the summer, and felt very empty for a while.. it was really awful!
i'm looking forward to see your new pieces, you have a great sense for large ones too  :)

thank you! right now i have two big projects in the works (just paintings, no wire).. can't wait to finish those and get them out there. Then hopefully I can get started on the more mixed media stuff.
:iconszilviabead:
hope you'll show us those project if you've finished them

Gorgeous work. It's a pity you're not making these anymore.

thank you! yeah, it's funny, as soon as I say they're not going to be made anymore every one tells me they want one. But I'll be spending my time making other things instead, so it's all right. :)

That's just the way it goes. ;) I love your other art, so my disappointment is tempered with the knowledge that I'll keep seeing beautiful work from you.
